Mini injection molders for processing of thermoplastics. The machine simulates real injection molding allowing for processing of thermoplastic into different shapes. The Xplore micro injection moulders allows to test and evaluate new or expensive materials and formulations in a very reliable, reproducible, fast and cost-effective way with very small amounts of test material.

Main equipment features:

  • High operating temperatures (i.e. 400°C)

  • Max clamping injection pressure 20 bar

  • Low operating volumes needed (max 12ml)

  • Upgradable with different mould shapes
