UHPLC–ESI–MS/MS system designed for proteomic applications, combining a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ 3000 RSLCnano UHPLC (nano/capillary flow) with an Orbitrap Fusion™ Tribrid™ mass spectrometer. The RSLCnano pump provides nano/capillary flow rates from 20 nL/min up to 50 µL/min. The mass analyzer features a Tribrid™ architecture combining a quadrupole mass filter, a dual-pressure linear ion trap and an ultra-high-field Orbitrap™ mass analyzer.
