Twin and Single screws extruders for processing and compounding of thermoplastic materials. The twin extruder is equipped for compounding and reactive blending while the single extruder can operate in stable conditions from small to pilot scale processing.

 

Main equipment features:

  • High operating temperatures (i.e. 400°C and 450°C) to process engineering polymers
  • Can operate with powders, pellets and filler materials
  • Corotating twin screws extruder with L/D 36 and D=16mm
  • Single screw extruder with L/D 25 and D=20mm
  • Max. Throughput 3,5kg/h.
